A 3 dB hybrid coupler is a four-port device that is used either to equally split an input signal between output ports or to combine two signals while maintaining high isolation between the ports. 

Low insertion loss and power handling up to 300 watts. The hybrid couplers provide the bandwidth, high directivity and high power that designers need for their most demanding applications. It is widely used for in-building DAS and IBS.
