5W RF Termination Load(DC-4GHz, 4.3-10 Male)


A termination load is a one-port device with an impedance that matches the characteristic impedance of a given transmission line. Matched loads provide a termination designed to absorb all the incident power with very little reflection, effectively terminating the line or port in its characteristic impedance.


Topwave model TPW-T5-4-NM, a 5 watt DC-4GHz RF load with 4.3-10 male connector. The load VSWR is 1.15, and available with type N, 7/16DIN, 4.3-10 connector in stocks. 5W RF Termination Load is used in a wide variety of measurement systems; any port of a multi-port microwave device that is not involved in the measurement should be terminated in its characteristic impedance in order to ensure an accurate measurement.
